Refunds and Returns
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. You need to bear the return shipping fee.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at support@toddlertoy.online. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom order
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales on custom orders are final.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. We want our customers to always have a great experience and we will make it happen!

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
